Acupuncture

Acupuncture works by releasing the blockages within ourselves that prevent us from being the people we know in our hearts we’re meant to be. Blockages, or “stagnation,” can take many forms. Some are physical such as pain, arthritis, and inflammatory conditions. Others are emotional like depression, anxiety, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

What every health condition shares in common is the process of habituation: we begin to accept these physical limitations and emotional struggles as inevitable, that our experience is “just the way it is”. In the process we lose sight of fundamental truths about ourselves about our worth and our value, about our freedom and potential, and about the unique contributions that each of us is here to make.

Acupuncturists use needles, bleeding lancets, cupping, herbal medicine and more to release the muscular tension, inflammation, emotional suffering, and suppressed trauma that informs our posture, our movements, our life choices, and our daily experience. Chinese Medicine is a complete and sophisticated medical model of understanding the human experience that takes a lifetime of study to fully appreciate, but its goal is the free and unfettered expression of our spirits and purpose.

SCIENCE-BACKED LED Light Therapy

When it comes to using LED light therapy, whether it’s blue light therapy for acne, red light therapy for wrinkles and anti-aging issues, or near-infrared light therapy for pain, it’s best to develop an appropriate and doable routine. It’s a bit like going to the gym, if you join but don’t go, then you will not experience any of the many benefits of a gym membership.

Just like working out and exercising, the benefits of LED light therapy are cumulative. So, for best results expect to use Celluma LED device at least two to three times a week, and even more if you wish. Use Celluma up to 30 minutes per area for faster, better and longer lasting results. However, if you are on any medications or have any conditions that prohibits the use of light therapy then be sure to check with your primary physician prior to use.

Thousands of clinical studies document the benefits of specific wavelengths of light energy on the human body. Each Celluma device incorporates wavelengths of blue, red, and near-infrared light energy simultaneously emitted in proprietary combinations to target various skin issues, muscle and joint pain, or even hair loss.

Explore how Celluma’s programmed modes of light therapy can help you feel better immediately and Live Brighter.
